We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them! We take pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason, you do not absolutely love your selections, we will gladly issue a refund for online purchases, for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 15 days of order arrival.
- Items need to be in "NEW condition", not worn, washed, untagged, altered, and need to be scent free.
- All sale items are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Earrings, adhesive bras, shoes, panties, gift cards are final sale.
- Invoice needs to be included in your return package. In order to receive the return or exchange within the 15 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- The return total of the merchandise will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout.
- If items are sent back after the 15 day period, the retun will be denied. Customer would be responsible for the return postage.
- Exchanges are only applicable for equal or higher value.
- We do not offer return labels at this time, but we are hoping to in the near future.
